Ron has had a varied career with time spent in management as Executive Director of a large not-for profit organization, the Behavioral Sciences Institute (BSI) in Carmel California from 1977 to 1980. He was senior consultant with a U.S. based consulting firm, RHR International from 1980 to 1985 in their Los Angeles office. In 1985, Ron established his own consultancy, Rembisz & Associates that continues to provide services to organizations today. Ron is also co-founder of Performance Systems International (PSi), a consultancy based in the UK. He is affiliated with the University of California – San Diego, Rady School of Management. He is a Founding Director of the Summit Discovery Institute in San Diego. Ron has worked with large multinational, Fortune 500 companies as well as with many entrepreneurial and start-up organizations: ALARIS Medical Systems (now CareFusion), Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Allied Signal, Caterpillar, Centinella-Freeman Hospitals, Citigroup, Copley Newspapers, Honeywell, Kindred Healthcare, Invitrogen (now Life Technologies), Kraft, Lear Sigler, Philip Morris/General Foods, Qualcomm, Rotech, RJR Nabisco, SAIC, Solar Turbines, Toys R Us, Telcordia, TRW, Titan Industries (now L3 Communications), Xerox, among others.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Rembisz attended undergraduate school at Seton Hall University, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University in 1977. He is licensed as a Psychologist in California and Illinois. He has worked and traveled widely and lived in Spain for several years. He now resides near to San Diego in Coronado, California.
